Postponed: Ōtairongo: Auckland Arts Festival Touch Tour and Artist Talk
Ōtairongo: Touch Tour & Artist Talk
Postponed
Due to the changing situation around COVID-19 and public events, we have made the precautionary action to postpone public events scheduled in March that are associated with Ōtairongo.
Those public events include:
- Ōtairongo Touch Tour
- Te Oro o te Wahine Māori
- Rongo²
We are sorry for the inconvenience and share the disappointment of our community who are unable to take part in these thoughtfully planned events.
Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by the impact of COVID-19.
At this stage, the Ministry of Health has advised public events with less than 500 people in one place, at one time could continue. We are closely monitoring the situation through regular updates from key authorities.
While Artspace Aotearoa remains open to the public, we want to protect the wellbeing of our community and we ask those who currently fit into the following category to refrain from visiting the gallery:
- Anyone who is unwell.
- Anyone arriving in Aotearoa New Zealand who has returned from any country except those listed in Category 2 (excluding airport transit).
- Anyone who has been in close contact with someone confirmed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days who has been asked to self-isolate.
- Artspace Aotearoa takes the health and safety of our staff and visitors seriously. And we are acting promptly on any updated Government advice.
Ngā mihi,
Artspace Aotearoa Team
