Culture

• Tangata Whenua with knowledge of Te Reo, and strategic agility in developing and leading Tikanga and Kawa.
• Cultural advocates interested in long-term impact for artists, addressing persistent inequalities, and transforming the systems that surround them.

Creativity

• Active Artists with a critical lens to the creative sector, and a well-formed support community.
• HR expertise with experience of applying a coaching and innovation mindset to team dynamics.

Commerce

• Fundraisers with a wide range of interpersonal skills, communications, marketing and the administration of assets

What to expect

• The Trust holds monthly meetings (virtual and face to face). Trustees are expected to prepare for, attend and actively participate in Board meetings, occasional workshops, and spend additional time at our events over the course of the year.
